Application process
EUPSA membership is open to all Paediatric Surgeons. For new membership please download the application form and send the completed form along with the following documents to the EUPSA Office by email: office@eupsa.info
Other documents required:
- Endorsement letters from 2 active EUPSA members
- If overseas, please contact the EUPSA Secretary if there are issues in obtaining 2 endorsement letters
Membership fee
- Annual membership fee €100.00
- Payment can be made by Credit card or Bank transfers
- Please indicate your payment preference in the email (Credit card secure link/Bank transfer) and details will be provided
- Please note any transfer fee by non-European bank should be paid by the member
Membership acceptance and termination
- New member will be registered only after the General Assembly meeting
- Membership cannot be started prior to the Annual Congress to avail lower member Congress Registration rates
- Membership will be terminated if Annual dues are unpaid for 2 years
Members whose membership has been terminated due to unpaid dues will have to re-apply for new membership or clear all past dues
