• All accepted abstract presenters are required to register for the full Congress payment in full must accompany registration form
• All payments are in EUROS and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.
• Registration fees will be charged by Planning Congressi upon receipt of the registration form.
• Personalised confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received.
• Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payment methods

Payments of registration fees in Euro (€) can be made by the following means:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
• Bank transfer. Please ensure that the name of the participant and registration code is stated on the transaction draft.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Bank transfers will not be accepted after May 23th, 2024

• Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the late-registration rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
• The cancellation conditions and refunds will be in accordance with the policy detailed below.
• Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to an administrative fee of EUR 35 per participant.

• Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Congress Secretariat, Planning Congressi eupsaa@planning.it as follows:
• • Cancellation of registration until April 15, 2024 will incur 10% cancellation charge.
• • Cancellation of registration April 15-30, 2024 will incur 50% cancellation charge.
• • Cancellation of registration from May 01-15, 2024 will incur 75% cancellation charge.
• • No refunds after May 15, 2024
