Registration fees

Registration fees and prices available on November 3.

Reduced registration fee:
Become a member of one of the associations (ESPES, EUPSA, IPEG) to benefit from the reduced registration fee.

What is covered by the registration fee?

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
  • Coffe/tea during coffee breaks (Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23)
  • Lunch bag during lunch breaks (Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23)
  • Get together in the exhibition area (Wednesday, May 20)

Payment modalities

  • Bank transfer: clearly state the
  • Credit card: please note that payments with credit card will be available from December 2025 onwards
  • On-site payments: please note that no cash payments are excepted on-site. Only debit card or credit card payments are possible.

Important: The respective registration fees are valid only if the payment has been received in the conference account before the corresponding deadline.

Invoice

Once you have completed your online registration, you will receive an automated e-mail containing your registration details and your invoice as an attachment. If you do not find the e-mail in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.

Cancellation and refund

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the conference organizer: jointcongress@conconcept.at

Please include all necessary information about your bank account to enable a possible refund. The cancellation is confirmed only once written notice has been received from the conference organizer.

Registration fees may be refunded according to the following deadlines:

  • March 31, 2026: 75% refund
  • April 19, 2026: 25% refund
  • from April 20, 2026 onwards: no refund

No refunds will be provided for unattended events, early departures, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. By registering for the Joint Congress 2026, delegates accept that the organizing committee and conference organizers assume no liability. Delegates are responsible for their own health and travel insurance, as these are not included in the conference fees. Cancellations after May 9, 2026, are non-refundable.
